Gavin de Becker & Associates' Advanced Threat Assessment Academy (ATA) brings together the best and brightest threat assessment practitioners.  For more than 45 years, we have studied, pioneered, and practiced the concepts used to prevent violence.

Drawing from Gavin de Becker's books on security and intuition, the Academy is a unique opportunity where attendees experience an interactive exploration of concepts and methods for managing violently inclined situations involving the workplace, educational institutions, threats to public figures, interpersonal settings, etc.

This three-day training features instructional blocks, case studies, collaborative discussions, and practical exercises that align with the current threat assessment climate.  Learn more about the courses on our Sample Schedule page.

The Advanced Threat Assessment Academy is purpose-built for practitionersthose who need to actively apply what they learn to prevent violence within their organizations.
