I can't attend in October, does GDBA offer any other threat assessment trainings?

I have already attended the GDBA Advanced Threat Assessment Academy. Can/Should I attend again?

Yes.  GDBA encourages attendees to attend the Academy for more than one session.  Featured instructors and content adapt as the program grows. 

Are there any reductions available?

Yes. GDBA is happy to provide a $500 reduction to group registrations consisting of 3 or more attendees.  If your organization sends 3 or more attendees, all registrants will receive a $500 reduction.

My Organization is tax-exempt. Can the Texas State Sales Tax be removed?

Yes. The Texas State Sales Tax can be removed from your invoice if your organization is tax-exempt - please email your request along with a completed Form 01-1339 to ata@gdba.com.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations made beyond 90-days of the first day of ATA will not incur any cancellation fees; within 90-days of the first day of ATA the following fees will be incurred to cover non-refundable expenses:

Cancellations between 7/21/26 and 9/17/26 - $3,000
Cancellations on or after 9/18/26 - $5,000

Is attendance transferable?

Yes. If you are no longer able to attend, attendance can be transferred to a colleague for the same session with approval.

How much does the Advanced Threat Assessment Academy cost?

The course is $6,000. *Early-Bird pricing of $5,500 is offered through April 3, 2026.

Is transportation and lodging included?

Attendees are responsible for booking their own lodging and transportation. For a list of local options, please see our Travel & Lodging page.

When is payment due?

Approved registrations will receive an email with an invoice and further payment instructions (e.g., credit card, ACH, check, etc.).

Payment is due within 14-days of invoice.

What payment methods are accepted?

Check, ACH, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
